| The lamp is fitted below the number plate on my machine. To support it, I
made up a steel plate which fits between the number plate and the mudguard. It
is held in place by the number plate screws and the lower part of the plate is
cut to the same size as the fog lamp. In this position, the lamp is protected
from road dirt by the stock BMW mud flap. In my opinion, the installation looks
quite neat and is 'sympathetic' to the looks of the machine..
